The Cable Television Commission has continuing regulatory jurisdiction over the operation of any franchise granted for a cable television system in the City. The purpose of this chapter is to provide a consistent and formal opportunity for public involvement and perspective regarding cable communications. Three year terms are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
