Public Works

The Public Works Department is located on Cookson Drive. The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the City's infrastructure.

Public Works Department tasks:

  • Mowing and weeding of City grounds
  • Snow removal of City streets
  • Maintenance of City buildings
  • Water testing
  • Sewer monitoring
  • Hydrant flushing - every April
  • Cemetery maintenance - Cemetery clean-up April 1st-15th and October 1st-15th
  • Tree trimming
  • Seasonal collection of leaves (October through November), Christmas trees (January), and yard debris (every Monday April through November)
